Impeccably swinging Basie-style arrangement of this 1934 chestnut in the key of B♭. Full ensemble rendition of melody followed by your choice of solos or second complete vocal chorus. Solos follow vocal chorus leading into a totally different arrangement of the melody for the out-chorus (melody is arranged three different ways in all).
Arranged to be played at ♩ = 116, this arrangement is flexible, allowing for vocal chorus and multiple solo choruses whenever the moment feels right. Total arrangement length is 116 bars, a relaxed, swingin’ arrangement that’ll have your audience dancin’ and groovin’.
