Need to play one of the top ten over-played songs of all time for a wedding but would prefer to avoid your most-hated “standard” version?
Now you have a choice to play a smooth, Basie-like arrangement instead, and actually enjoy playing this otherwise dreadfully beaten-to-death tune. 😊
Description
I Only Have Eyes For You by Dubin/Warren 🎺♫ Vocalist + Septet, arranged by Rich Willey.
Impeccably swinging Basie-style arrangement of this 1934 chestnut in the key of B♭. Full ensemble rendition of melody followed by your choice of solos or second complete vocal chorus. Solos follow vocal chorus leading into a totally different arrangement of the melody for the out-chorus (melody is arranged three different ways in all).

Written solos for any of our charts may be special ordered at a reasonable cost. Email us through our contact page with any and all inquiries.
Septet parts are for Trumpet 1, Alto Sax or Trumpet 2, Tenor Sax 3, Trombone or Baritone Sax 4, Piano/Guitar, Bass and Drums that come in a PDF that you’ll be able to download immediately upon submission of your order.
