Horace Silver was noted for bringing young jazz musicians out of obscurity and into the limelight. Horace was a gifted composer and arranger in addition to his band leading and piano skills, and this set of music was presented as a tribute to Horace in Asheville, NC, in September of 2016 by Rich Willey and his quintet.
