This is Rich’s version of the great old standard as heard on his “Rich Willey & Boptism” CD.
Arranged twice; play one arrangement, blow solos, play other arrangement for out-chorus (which includes a slick written turnaround section heading into the ending).
Arranged for trombone/tenor sax front line, trumpet/alto sax front line, trumpet/tenor sax front line, or trumpet/trombone front line. Can even be played by all four horns together if you choose.
Difficulty level is intermediate to advanced. Medium swing tempo, 74-measures total score length.
Flexible quintet parts are for trumpet 1 & 2, alto sax 1 & 2, tenor sax 1 & 2, trombone1 & 2, piano/guitar, bass and drums. Parts come in a PDF that you’ll be able to download immediately upon submission of your order.
